Bad Account Listing Search

This window can be used to view all or selected customers flagged as Bad Accounts in the Bad Account Listing Report.
It can be accessed from the window on the Transaction# field in Bad Account Listing.

A hardcopy list can be generated from Bad Account Listing Report.

Leave the fields in this search program blank and click SEARCH to view a complete list, or narrow down the search by first entering the first few characters in any of the customer name, address, telephone number, or principals' names fields, and then click SEARCH.

Search Results:
The resulting list of customer records identified in the Bad Account Listing displays the Bad Account Transaction#, Customer #, name, address, phone, principal names, comments, date, and write-off amount when relevant.

The customer list can be resorted by any column in ascending or descending order, by clicking in the column heading.
Columns can also be dragged and dropped to reposition them as required.

To select a value from the displayed list, double-click on the appropriate record, or highlight the record and click the SELECT button.
