Operator Charge Search

This search window can be accessed from three different fields in Change mode in the Operator Charges screen:

1. When accessed from the Date field, it displays all previous time charges that have been entered for this contract but have not been invoiced yet.
2. When accessed from the Product # field, it displays any previous time charges as of the date specified, that have been entered for this contract but have not been invoiced yet.
3. When accessed from the Sequence# field, it displays any previous time charges as of the date specified and for only the product specified, that have been entered for this contract but have not been invoiced yet.

This window is not available when entering a new Time Charge

Search Results:

The date, product number, sequence number on the contract, product description, hourly rate, special rate code, and number of hours to bill, are displayed

The list of operator charges can be resorted by any column in ascending or descending order, by clicking in the column heading.
Columns can also be dragged and dropped to reposition them as required.

To select a value from the displayed list, double-click on the appropriate record, or highlight the record and click the SELECT button.

If a record is selected from the search window, the information is displayed in the Operator Charges record.
