Export Warehouse Receipts

Utilities Menu -> XML Data Exports -> Export Warehouse Receipts

System Maintenance Menu -> Configure System Settings -> Automatic Job Scheduling -> Function XMLEX14A -> runs Export Warehouse Receipts

This utility can be used to generate an XML export data file for a range of open warehouse receiving transactions, directly to an XML file.

Refer to Company Daily Close Parameters for the directory and parser setup used by the XML Export process with the option to email the resulting XML files to the operator currently signed in.
The exported data includes all fields in open transactions in Warehouse Receiving.
This export does NOT utilize the parser nor does it write to the View Application Log.

The feature to automatically capture and export all open warehouse receiving transactions to an XML text file can be setup using Automatic Job Scheduling.
This export process is NOT triggered by any Daily Close posting process.

The prompts in this Export Warehouse Receiving transactions utility are:

FROM OUR PRODUCT #
Leave this field blank to include all products, or enter a starting product number for the range, or look for a starting product in the Inventory Search window.

TO OUR PRODUCT #
Leave this field blank to include all products, or enter an ending product number for the range, or look for an ending product in the window.

FROM RECEIPT DATE
Accept the start date for the report or enter a preferred start date.

TO RECEIPT DATE
Accept the end date for the report or enter a preferred end date.

Finished?
Click ACCEPT to export the data in the range directly to an XML file in the XML Data Exports directory defined in the Company Daily Close Parameters.
The name of the resulting XML file is prefaced with the company code and then INWR (Inventory Warehouse Receiving) followed by the date and time.
i.e. TRS_INWR_YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS.xml

Click CANCEL to abort the export action.

Note: Export Warehouse Receiving does not require the use of a parser, because the data will overlap and a prior batch cannot be re-exported.
