List Products to Create

This window can be used to capture the new products being cloned from a source rental or sales product defined in Clone Rental & Sales Products.

The prompts include:

STATUS CODE

This field is only relevant to new rental products and will apply to all the new rental products created.

Accept the default Status Code from the clone product, or select one from the Product Status Codes Search window.

DEPRECIATION CLASS

This field is only relevant to new rental products and will apply to all the new rental products created.

Accept the default class defined for Group of the clone product, or select one form the drop-down list.
The Alternate Depreciation Class will default from the source product to the tag of the new Rental product.

Product List:
List the new product numbers to be created.

SEQ

The sequence number tracks the records in this table.

PRODUCT #

Enter each new product number to be created.
Existing product numbers cannot be re-used.

The new products will be created with zero qty, no location records, and the Asset Tag will be added for rental products but with zero qty.
The vendor product numbers and descriptions will be the same as the new product numbers and source product description.
The Serial# flags for sales parts, all Rates, Special Rates, Notes, Alternate Descriptions, and Equipment Specifications will be cloned to the new products.

Click ACCEPT when the list is complete to return to the Clone Rental & Sales Products screen, or CANCEL to abort.

Product Log:
After accepting the Clone Rental & Sales Products screen the list of products is displayed and can be printed as outlined in Information Log window.
