Once the operator and location information have been identified in Count Tag Entry, this screen is generated to capture the product details on each tag as follows:
Available tags that have been generated in Generate Count Tags can be selected from the Count Tag Selection window on the Tag Number field.
If no block is setup for a location, the Tag Numbers will be
auto-assigned, so that the next sequential tag number is defaulted
in Add mode.
Tag numbers can also be manually entered, or skipped, or
burned.
In Change mode a window is provided to view and select from
existing tags as outlined in Count Tag
Selection.
The count on existing tags can be adjusted before the worksheet is
updated.
Note: If a Count Tag has already been processed for a product, that product cannot be selected for an additional tag.
Multiple Count Tags can be created for each product, however all
Count Tags for a product must be submitted for a location at the
same time to update the Inventory Worksheet using Update Worksheet with Count Tags.
After the Count Tags have updated the worksheet, the Counted
field on the worksheet can be adjusted manually if required, but no
further Count Tags can be used for that product at that
location.
For serialized sales items enter an existing serial number or
select it from the Select Serial Number
window.
Only serial numbers already associated with that sales product can
be entered, even if they do not appear in the search window. (i.e.
at another location, or already disposed)
This count utility is meant to reconcile the quantity not specific
serial numbers, so if serial numbers need to be corrected this must
be done in Sales Inventory.
For non-bulk rentals this is a display information field only.
When the tags are entered click CANCEL to exit the Tag entry screen and to view the list of tags for this location as outlined in Count Tag To Be Applied.
