Update Worksheet with Count Tags
Inventory Control Menu -> Inventory Count -> Count Tag Entry -> Count Tag
Details -> UPDATE button -> Update
Worksheet with Count Tags
This utility can be used to print the products counted and to
populate the Inventory Count Worksheet created in Update Inventory Worksheet with the quantities on
the Count Tags that were entered in the Count
Tag Entry utility.
It can be accessed by clicking on the UPDATE button
in Count Tag Details.
The Inventory Count Worksheet must exist for the location
in Update Inventory Worksheet and only
products on the worksheet will be updated.
Multiple Count Tags can be created for each product, however all
Count Tags for a product must be submitted for a location at the
same time to update the Inventory Worksheet using Update
Worksheet with Count Tags.
After the Count Tags have updated the worksheet, the Counted
field on the worksheet can be adjusted manually if required, but no
further Count Tags can be used for that product at that
location.
The prompts are:
-
- OPERATOR
- The operator defaults to the operator currently signed in, but
can be over-typed or re-selected from the drop-down list if
required.
- PASSWORD
- Enter the password for the selected operator.
This is mandatory to verify access.
LOCATION
- The default location for the operator is displayed, and can
only be modified if the operator has access to other locations as
defined in Operators.
Only divisions flagged as inventory locations in Divisions can be selected.
Worksheet Items Updated With Count Tags:

successfully updated on the Inventory Count Worksheet from
the Count Tags.

are not on the Inventory Count Worksheet.
Any errors are reported on the Information
Log that can be printed or output to Excel for follow up.

Update Inventory Worksheet.
The updated Inventory Count Worksheet can be accessed from
