Key performance indicators can be setup to measure issues and concerns encountered in filling contracts and invoices.
Failed performance indicators do NOT prevent the contract or invoice from being completed. These indicators are only used as a reporting measurement.
The issues can be setup in the Performance Questions with an active date range and a failed response indicator.

Click the PERFORMANCE button on the contract, order, or invoice totals screen to report on the issues in each document.
This button is not available on the document if there are no active Performance Questions for the document date.

Performance evaluation can also be updated on documents from the Performance Questions By Document Utility.

Note: Performance Questions do not apply to other rental documents, Rental Return Invoices, Cycle Billing Invoices, Work Orders, or to Point Of Sale Invoices.

The information and prompts in this performance tracking screen for this document include:

DOCUMENT TYPE
This field indicates that the document is either a Contract or an Invoice.
DOCUMENT#
The document number is displayed.
TOTAL DETAIL LINES
The total of product detail lines on the document is displayed.

Performance Questions:
The order that the questions are displayed can be adjusted in the Re-Sort Performance Questions utility.
SEQ
The sequence number tracks the number of questions that apply to this document.

DESCRIPTION
The description of the question as setup in Performance Questions is displayed.
All active questions for this document are displayed, according to the document date and the defined question date range.

RESPONSE
The Response box always defaults to a Pass and could be displayed as checked or as unchecked, according to the failed response indicator that was defined for the question in Performance Questions.

The check/uncheck flag in this Response box can be changed to a Fail status, if the document or any product on this document does not to satisfy this Performance Question.

If the Response status is changed to fail the Performance Question Document Details window opens automatically to allow specific products on the document to be flagged as passed or failed individually.

Note: If no specific products are flagged as failed in the Performance Question Document Details window, then this Response status will revert back to a Pass.


FAILED
The total number of failed responses for products on this document displays.

Window to view and update the Fail/Pass Response status of the individual product on the document as outlined in Performance Question Document Details.


COMMENT
Click EXP/CON to include a note to help clarify the response to this Performance Question on this document.
The comment is included on the Performance Question Report for failed responses.

Finished?
Click OK when the responses are all correct for the list of question to exit.
