This table can be useful to define any important customer
motives, and to associate them with specific customers, rating
their importance in the Customer Motives window of Customer Contact Information.
These motive and ratings are information only and are not used in
reporting.
An operator must be assigned a Security
Role that allows permission to the Customer Management -
Customer Motives in order to access this table.
The prompts to setup a list of the motives are:

Additional actions provided by buttons on
the Customer Motives screen include:
Select the Motive to be deleted from the drop-down box as outlined in Delete A Motive.
When a Motive is deleted from this table, all reference will also be removed from the customers.
