Delete A Customer Motive


System Maintenance Menu -> Configure System Settings -> Customer Management Tab -> Customer Contact -> Customer Motives -> DELETE -> Delete A Customer Motive

Customer motives are setup in the Customer Motives table.
Use this utility to delete a motive record when it is no longer relevant and also to remove all references to this motive from the customer.
The prompts are:

MOTIVE
Enter the Motive to be deleted or select one from the drop-down list.

Finished?
Click ACCEPT to complete the delete process, or CANCEL to abort.

If the Motive is deleted from this table all reference to this Motive will be removed from the Customer Motives window of Customer Contact Information.
