This window can be used to explain how the quantity out of this
container was averaged over the next billing month, based on the
number of days and quantity of cylinders out.
Each contract must be billed at month end before the next monthly
billing can be run in Cycle Billing
Edit.
The average number of containers out during the month on each contract will be billed at the monthly flat rate defined as the Cylinder Contract Monthly Rate Code in the Company Rate Parameters.
Example:
CONTRACT: 3000726 PRODUCT: CYL PROPANE CYLINDER 30LB BILL TO DATE: 06/30/20XX FROM TO DAYS QTY DAYxQTY RUNNING ---- -- ---- --- ------- ------- 06/01/20XX 06/03/20XX 2 10 20 20 06/03/20XX 06/30/20XX 28 12 336 356 AVERAGE OUT: 06/01/20XX 06/30/20XX 356 / 30 = 12 ELIGIBLE FOR CYCLE BILLIn the example for contract 3000726, the quantity out times the days out (356) for all transactions in the month, is divided by the days in the month(30), to determine the quantity (12) to be billed at the monthly rate, on the next billing run.
Note: The Average Out is rounded to the nearest whole number.
