Certain fields for products and for services are mandatory to capture and categorize complete information in the Rouse export tables, when the Rouse processing is activated and configured on the Rouse Analytics tab of the Software Integration.
This utility can be used to export product/service information
which is required for Rouse to Excel.
All information or just records that are missing data can be
included in the exported spreadsheet.
The missing values can then be filled in on the spreadsheet and the spreadsheet saved Tab-Delimited ASCII file in preparation for importing back into SRM.
The import action moves the tab-delimited text file from the Client to the Server as outlined in Select a File to Upload, and when accepted updates the associated Rental Inventory or Services records.
