Change History
This window provides access to view the Product Status Code
change log.
These records are captured when a Product Status is changed in any
of the following processes:
The screen displays the rental product number and description
with the following change details:

- DATE
- The date when the Status Code was changed is displayed.
TIME
- The time when the Status Code was changed is displayed.
OLD
- The original Status Code of the rental product is
displayed.
NEW
- The updated Status Code of the rental product is
displayed.
DIV
- The division is displayed.
OPR
- The Clerk code entered in the Clerk
Confirmation window is displayed.
If the Prompt for Clerk feature is not activated, then the
operator signed in to the session when the status was changed, will
be displayed.
SOURCE
- The function in which the Status Code change was made is
displayed.
Refer to the above process list for associated functions.
Expanded Record
- Click EXP/CON button to view any note entered in
the Clerk Confirmation window at the time
of the Status Code change.
