This window can be used to control the alarm levels set on the
individual equipment Tags, relevant to each Service Manager.
The Alarm Notification Levels information can be maintained
when the window is accessed from the Notification Matrix setup window, but is display
only when the same information is accessed in the window provided
for each Service Manager in the Division
Setup utility.
The prompts include:
- NOTIFICATION ALERT
- The Alert Level code is displayed for this Service Manager
record.
This is reference information only.
- SEQ
- The sequence number tracks the Data Tag records in this
table.
On exiting the screen, the prompt to add all
DATA TAG
- When this window is accessed for a 'Service Manager' in
Division Setup, all the default Data Tags
with the N, R, C Notification Times, defined for the Alert
Level in the Notification Matrix are
displayed for reference but cannot be changed, and if the Data Tags
are changed in the Notification Matrix, the
changes will also be reflected for the 'Service Managers' alerts.
When this window is triggered from the Notification Matrix setup for a new Alert, all the
Data Tags are displayed with the
corresponding default Notification Times N/R/C values.
These Data Tags and the associated Notification Times can be
modified as required for this particular Alert.
Note: Click the ADD button at the bottom of the
screen to trigger the prompt to add any missing Data Tags that
exist in the Data Tags table but have not
been included for this Alert.
DESCRIPTION

is displayed.
- NONE
- Accept the default email timing code for the None
severity level as defined in Notification
Times for this Data Tag to use for this matrix, or select it
from the Notification Time Search
window.
REPORTS
- Accept the default email timing code for the Reports
severity level as defined in Notification
Times for this Data Tag to use for this matrix, or select it
from the Notification Time Search
window.
CRITICAL
- Accept the default email timing code for the Critical
severity level as defined in Notification
Times for this Data Tag to use for this matrix, or select it
from the Notification Time Search
window.
Finished?
- When the alert information is complete click ACCEPT to accept
the screen.
