Alarm/Manager Email Trace
This DPL Utility option is only available in the menu
tree on Linux systems when the Telematics
processing has been activated in the Software
Integration.
Use the following configuration utilities to monitor and test
the alarm notifications sent to the Site
Superintendents:
- CONFIGURATION
- Select each of the following setup utilities in turn and in the
following sequence:
- When the Alarm/Manager Email Trace option is selected
from the Configuration radio group, the following fields are
provided:
ALARM TRANSACTION NUMBER
- Select a received transaction number to trace from the Alarm Transaction Search window.
DATA TAG
- The selected Data Tag number is displayed for easy
reference.
PRODUCT NUMBER
- The SRM product number is displayed for easy reference.
DPL SERIAL NUMBER
- The DPL product number is displayed for easy reference.
CONTRACT NUMBER
- The contract number displays.
CONTRACT SUPERVISORS
- The superintendents assigned to this contract in the Document Superintendent Notification Levels can be
viewed in the window.
DIVISION
- The current division service managers from the Division Setup, can be viewed in the window
provided.
View Email Already Sent:
The Email address, date and time the email was sent and the email
details are listed.
Finished?
- Click the ACCEPT button to accept to run a test on this
alarm.
The Override Alarm Date/Time window is
triggered to allow provide the ability to set the time for which
the trace is to be run.
