When the Activate Customer Survey Processing is enabled for a division in the Divisional Miscellaneous Parameters and a survey is setup in the Customer Survey Configuration, then Contracts can be flagged in document entry to generate a Customer Satisfaction Survey that will be emailed to the eligible Customer Contacts at the time the Contract is closed in Rental Return.

Accept the default Send Customer Survey flag as assigned to the customer on this document in the Additional Customer Information, or change the flag as required.
If an survey email is to be sent the Compose Email prompt will be triggered when the Contract is closed in the Rental Return, which can then be accepted to send the survey email, or aborted as required.

Note: A setting in the Additional Pop-Up Windows of the Divisional Contract Parameters can be set to automatically trigger this Customer Satisfaction Survey pop-up window in contract or worksheet entry.
