Resend Customer Satisfaction Survey


Counter Menu -> Document Reprints -> Resend Customer Satisfaction Survey

Generally the survey is generated and emailed to the addresses for the customer that are flagged in the Contact Information to receive "Customer Surveys" at the time the Contract is created or at the time the Contract is closed in Rental Return.
This "resend" option can be used to re-generate the survey from a specific division to a specific customer.

The prompts are:

DIVISION
Accept the current division or select one from the drop-down list.
The division selection controls what survey is sent as setup in the Customer Survey Configuration.
If the division is not setup with a Survey, a free-form email can still be sent as the text of the email can be edited.

CUSTOMER
Enter the customer number or select it from the Customer Search window.
Contacts for this customer flagged to receive Survey emails in the Contact Information will be sent the email.

Finished?
Click ACCEPT to generate the email or CANCEL to abort.
SELECT A "FROM" ADDRESS
When an email is to be sent the Selection Required dialogue box is triggered to select from one of the following three 'From' addresses:
  1. The E-Mail Address assigned in Operators for the user currently signed in.
  2. The Default From Email Address defined on the SMTP tab of the Company Email Configuration.
  3. The Contact Mngmt. From Address defined on the SMTP tab of the Company Email Configuration.

COMPOSE EMAIL
The Compose Email window is generated where addresses and subject can be modified.
The survey will be sent as an attachment.

Click ACCEPT to send the email or CANCEL to abort.
