This utility can be used to update blank product rate descriptions on existing documents including Quotes, Reservations, Contracts and saved Counter Worksheets, to the alternate language descriptions.
The Alternate Language feature can be activated in the Company Miscellaneous Parameters and can be used to print customer facing documents for customers flagged to use the "Alternate Language" in the Customer Information.

Requirements can be viewed in Requirements
Inquiry by Product/Group and the Regenerate Requirements File utility can be used
to re-build the product bookings file to maintain accuracy.
Product alternate language Rate descriptions can be defined in the Company Default Rates and in the expanded rate detail line of the associated Rental Product Classes.
If a document is created for an alternate language customer and the rates are not reflecting the corresponding alternate language description, this utility can be run to update the blank alternate description of those rates.
Note: Activating this utility will lock all rate records changed
and should be run outside of normal business hours to prevent user
locks.
