window -> Recurring Invoice Details
This window can be used to modify the transaction details of the
Recurring A/P Invoices prior to
posting.
The source Recurring A/P Invoice Amounts
transactions as setup for relevant Vendors in the "Additional
Information" of the Vendor Information are
displayed.
Detail lines can be added, deleted, or modified as required.
The fields include:

- SEQ
- The sequence number tracks the records in the file.
ACCT
- The G/L account number displays.
This can be modified and the G/L Account
Search window is provided to search for G/L account numbers if
required.
DESCRIPTION
- The G/L account description displays.
DIV
- The posting division displays.
This can be modified and a drop-down list is provided to search for
divisions if required.
AMOUNT
- The amount to post to this account displays. This can be
modified.
Tax Codes:
- The two Tax Code columns are only provided when the feature to
'Calculate Tax On:' A/P Invoices or Both has
been activated in Company Taxing
Parameters.
Only one or the other of the following tax fields apply to each
transaction.
Refer to Recurring A/P Invoice Amounts for
complete details.
- TAX CODE
- This field is used to define the Tax code to apply on an
Expense trx.
Accept the Tax Code to apply to this Expense transaction or select
one from the drop-down list provided.
This Tax Code is reflected on the Tax
Activity Report.
TAX REC CODE
- This Tax Record Code field is used to post the actual
tax amount and so it only applies if the G/L account entered in the
'ACCT' field above is associated with a Tax Code record in
the Tax Codes table.
The corresponding Tax Code is displayed and can be changed if
required before processing.
Note: If there are more the one Tax Code associated with the G/L
account then it is the first Tax Code in the table that is
displayed.
This is the tax posting amount being
charged/collected..
