Insurance Expiry Report


Accounts Receivable Menu -> Reports -> Insurance Expiry Report

Some rental equipment firms require their customers to either accept the Damage Waiver coverage or provide Insurance Coverage information to ensure that equipment and staff using the equipment are properly insured against accidents or theft.

For customers providing the insurance information, the policies must be checked to ensure that they include the proper coverage, and that the customer has renewed them.
The Insurance Expiry Report can be used to monitor when the policies expire and to assure proper follow-up.

The prompts are:

CUT-OFF DATE
Accept today's date, or type in the desired expiry date.
This is checked against the expiry date stored in Customer Information.
Any customers with an insurance expiry date older than the cut-off will appear on the report.

REPORT OPTIONS
This value defaults to the operator preference as defined in Operators.
Select one of the output options to Print a report or export the data to Excel as outlined in Report Options.

Finished?
Click the ACCEPT button to begin printing the report, or CANCEL to abort.
