The reporting user groups can be maintained in the Dynamic
Reporting Users window on the Security tab of the Configure System Settings.
An operator must be assigned a Security
Role that allows permission to the Security - Dynamic
Reporting Users in order to access this table.
This utility can be used to setup user names and passwords to
provide staff access to Dynamic Reports
as defined by the Groups.
The user name can then be assigned to specific operators in
Operators.

Additional actions provided by buttons on
the Dynamic Reporting Users screen include:
Users can also be deleted if there is no further purpose for
retaining a user record.
To delete a user name, click on the record to highlight it in
focus, and click the DELETE button at the bottom of
the screen.
Confirmation is required.
When a report user is deleted, all operator codes with that user assigned will have the Dynamic Reporting Username field set to blank. The user is also marked as disabled in Dynamic Reports before it is deleted.
