Emails can be generated from within SRM software to communicate with your customers, as follows:

Additional addresses can be entered that should also receive this message.

SUBJECT

The subject of a message initiated by Portal Confirmations defaults to information pertaining to the Portal request including the company name and/or the request and document numbers.
This can be over-typed as required.

MESSAGE

Enter the details of the communication.
