Summarized Account Inquiry By Transaction Number

This menu option provides a detailed inquiry of the data records posted in summary to the G/L in transaction sequence.
Select one of the following two approaches to view the data:

• Select Account Number to view the transactions for a specific account in Summarized G/L Account Inquiry.
  The format is similar to G/L Account Inquiry.
• Select Transaction to view the postings for multiple accounts in a transaction range.
  The format is similar to G/L Account Inquiry by Transaction.

The Summarized Posted G/L Detail Report can be used to print a selected transaction listing.

Note: The option to post to the G/L in summary is no longer available, and this inquiry is meant for use only by customers that have summarized G/L data in a prior software release.
