Password Expired


Sign On Screen -> Password -> Password Expired

Each operator can be assigned a password to access the software in the Operator File.
The frequency that these operator passwords must be changed can be set in the Company Information or in Password Controls.

When an operator's password has expired, at the next attempt to sign into the software, the operator will be prompted to update the expired password as outlined in Set Operator Passwords.

Change your password across all divisions?
If your company is configured to sign in Operators by Division as set in the Company Information then the option to change the operator's password across all divisions is provided, as outlined in the Change Password in All Divisions.

When a password is expired an audit record is written to track the change in Audit Log Inquiry / Export.
