Setting Up Company Information

The Texada SRM was shipped with your Company Code pre-set.
Refer to the Loading Instructions shipped with the software disks for this code.

Update the Company Code with the correct address information in Company Information.

Creating New Company With No Data Conversion
When logging into a system with no data at all, a "new installation setup" screen prompts you to confirm by entering 'Y' to continue to set up a new company.

This then initiates the Load Global Update to generate the data files for the new company code.
This update process will also prompt to create a new operator code, with operator name and password only when initialing creating a new company.

If no G/L Chart of Account data is found, the operator is prompted to enter a default Currency Code (e.g. C or U), and Suspense Account# (e.g. 2999). This triggers the setup of a basic Chart of Accounts and Default Accounts based on Rental Association standards for the currency.
