The standard print range within a printing program is based on the alpha-numeric hierarchy of letters and numbers. The hierarchy places numbers before letters.
When printing letters, ALL Uppercase letters come before any lower case letters (i.e. Z comes before a.) Take this hierarchy into consideration when specifying a print range.
Example when printing a customer list:
If a specific print range is selected by typing in the beginning and ending points, only the selected range will print. If nothing is typed in and <ENTER> is pressed for the beginning and <ENTER> for the ending, the program will print out the complete list.
For information on choosing the printer, refer to Printer Selection.
