SRM Software provides electronic Technical User Guide
documentation for software support and reference.
It is loaded onto your software (as a .chm file in the SCSBIN
directory) when the Texada SRM Client is installed.
HELP FILE FORMAT:
Context sensitive help is provided for each SRM Client session.
This means when the operator presses the <F1> function
key in a 'Windows Client', the help file is generated opening at
the page in the Technical User Guide pertaining to the
program currently on the screen.
In a Web App session such as Open Client, the context
sensitive help file can be accessed by clicking on the ?
icon at the right on the information bar at the bottom of the
screen.
Index:
A keyword search for Topics by word or phrase can be exercised
using the Index tab on the left panel of the manual.
Search:
A keyword search for Content by word or phrase can be exercised
using the Search tab on the left panel of the manual.
Favourites:
This tab can be used to build a list of topics that a user
frequently references, for easy access and for convenience.
Links are provided within each page to move directly from one related Topic to another.
The program or function name is listed at the bottom of each page for reference as the Topic Keyword.
Potential Display Issues:
In Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 10, if the manual tree is visible but the pages are displayed as blank, the security in the rs.chm properties may need to be "Unblocked" (see image below).
