Reservations, contracts, invoices, quotations, work orders, purchase orders, etc. print on the same form. The software prints the word INVOICE, or CONTRACT, or RESERVATION, etc. where appropriate.

The Canadian form can be ordered from Nebs, form # 9000.
The U.S. forms can be ordered from Nebs, form # 12171.

As no two firms share the same logo or terms and conditions, have your local printer make up these forms. Be sure to leave the space open in the middle of the form, where the software needs to print INVOICE or CONTRACT or RESERVATION. This is positioned in the center near the top, just below the 2 inch space allowance for your LOGO.

A GENERIC FORM FOR START-UP
While waiting for your forms, a generic contract/invoice format can be used.

STANDARD DOCUMENT FORMAT
Your company name and address would be preprinted in the top 2 inches of the form, and terms and conditions would be preprinted on the front (bottom section) and back of the form. For Canadian and New Zealand clients, we recommend that your GST# is preprinted on the form.

Be sure to leave the space open in the middle of the form, where the software will print INVOICE or CONTRACT or RESERVATION. This is positioned in the centered near the top, just below the 2 inch space allowance for your LOGO.

In the blank center of the invoice, the software prints the Bill To address and the Ship To address. After the addresses, the software lists the products, then the services.

TWO PART CONTRACT/INVOICE FORM
When printing on a two part form, here are the typical uses of the print-out:

CONTRACT
When the equipment goes out, the contract is printed.
First part gets signed by customer and kept as the original.
Second part is given to the customer as a delivery copy.

INVOICE
When the equipment is returned, the invoice is printed.
First part is given to the customer or mailed if On Account.
Second part is filed as your invoice copy. (Original contract gets stapled to it)

ENVELOPES FOR INVOICES
Purchase a single window envelope.
Have your Name, address and logo preprinted in the top left corner, per standard.

FORMS CONTROL
Crystal or Jasper Reports through Forms Control can provide a laser style print format, for SRM documents.
Forms Control provides flexibility customizing the documents, with company logos, duplex printing, Letter and A4 printing, etc.
Signature Capture is available with Crystal Forms, but not available on Web App sessions that use Jasper Forms.
