Maintain Password Question - API

API Name: TX_MAINTAIN_PASSWORD_QUESTION

Overview:
With this API on the Web Index, your customers can be given the ability to have their forgotten Web Portal account password emailed to the email address associated to the customers account in Customer Information.

If this API is added to the Web Index as an available API, your customers will be able to enter the customer # and click on the associated Password reminder link which will verify their identify by prompting for the answer to a pre-set personal question.

INPUT PARAMETERS:

   Parameter          Default Value        Comment

    T_WEB_ID                                 This value is the unique Web Identification value returned

                                             by the a Customer Login API.

    T_INDEX_ID          default              The Index ID associated with this API that defines the

                                             Modes and Fields available.

    T_ACTION                                 This parameter determines what you would like to accomplish.

                                             C = Change, L = Lookup.

    T_MAINTAIN_PASSWORD_QUESTION             The question that your customer may enter and maintain.

    T_MAINTAIN_PASSWORD_ANSWER               The answer to the question entered above.

                                             If the customer answers the question correctly, the AR-01

                                             CUSTOMER FILE email address will be emailed the customer's

                                             ROTD password.
