Time Clock Work Order Report


Time Sheets -> Time Clock Management -> Time Clock Work Order Report

This report can be used to help reconcile time clock entries by comparing the WO labor details to the WO Time Sheet By Employee Code report.

Records marked with an * (asterisk) indicate that the WO is invalid, or deleted.
Labor records that were completed in Update Time Clock Entries are also flagged with an * (asterisk) as the labor detail was not actually saved on the Work Order.

The prompts are:

FROM EMPLOYEE CODE
Enter the starting employee code or select one from the Employee Search window.
TO EMPLOYEE CODE
Enter the ending employee code or select one from the window.

FROM DATE
Enter the starting date for the report.
TO DATE
Enter the ending date for the report.

ACCEPT or CANCEL
A printer can be confirmed or re-selected from the Printer option located on the menu bar at the top of the screen.

Click the ACCEPT button to begin printing the report, or CANCEL to abort.
