Time Clock Audit Report


Time Sheets -> Time Clock Management -> Time Clock Audit Report

This report provides an audit trail of any changes made to time clock records through Update Time Clock Entries.
The report prints each record showing the time clock information prior to any change, and the time clock information after the change.
It also prints the actual date and time that the record was changed, the operator code making the change, the Reason Code, and any comments.

The prompts are:

DIVISION, "ALL" OR "SEL"
  • Type ALL to include all stores or divisions in the report.
  • To generate the report for a single division, leave this field blank for the Head Office Division, or enter a specific division code, or select a division from the drop-down list.
  • Type SEL to select an inventory region or a range of accounting divisions to include in the report, as outlined in Division Select By Region.

FROM DATE
Accept the first day of the current month or enter a perferred starting date for the report.
TO DATE
Accept today's date or enter a perferred ending date for the report.

FROM EMPLOYEE #
Enter the starting employee code or select one from the Employee Search window.
TO EMPLOYEE #
Enter the ending employee code or select one from the window.

ACCEPT or CANCEL
A printer can be confirmed or re-selected from the Printer option located on the menu bar at the top of the screen.

Click the ACCEPT button to begin printing the report, or CANCEL to abort.
