Post Time Clock with Cost Code Entries

This posting function is used to post any employee Job Costs that have been entered by date range.

The Job Cost feature can be activated in the Company Posting Parameters and cost codes can be setup in Job Cost Codes .

The Job Cost Payroll Expense and the Job Cost Payroll Accrual posting accounts can be set in the Default Accounts .

This posting option can only be accessed by operators with role permission as setup in Module Passwords or if a password is entered as defined in Module Passwords for PRTC21C.
