Print Employee Time Sheets
Time Sheets -> Hours Management -> Print Employee
Time Sheets
The daily hours logged can be printed for a date range, by
employee.
This information can be displayed on the screen from View Entered Hours.
The prompts are:

- FROM EMPLOYEE #

- Employee level:
The employee number and name of the Operator currently signed in
are displayed and cannot be changed.

Manager level:
Operators that require access to other employees' time records can
be setup in Operators to Allow Access
to Employee #.
Leave this field blank for all employees, or enter the desired
employee #, or select a starting employee # from the Employee Search window.
TO EMPLOYEE #
- The employee# displays or an ending employee # can be entered,
according to the security access of the operator as explained
above.
FROM DATE
- The date displayed is the beginning date for the current pay
period.
This is established using the dates for the starting employee of
the selection according to his number of pays per year and the
dates in Review Pay Period Ending
Dates.
Accept this default date or type in a preferred starting date for
the report.
TO DATE
- The date displayed is the ending date for the current pay
period for the starting employee of the selection.
Accept the default date or type in a preferred ending date for the
report.
NEW PAGE PER EMPLOYEE
- Type N (NO) to print the employee information without starting
a new page for each employee.
Type Y (YES) to print each employee's time record on a separate
page. These can be distributed to the individual employees for
confirmation in preparation for payroll.
ACCEPT or CANCEL
- A printer can be confirmed or re-selected from the Printer
option located on the menu bar at the top of the screen.
Click the ACCEPT button to begin printing the report, or CANCEL
to abort.
