Time Sheets -> Hours Management -> View Entered
Hours
The Employee Time Sheet displays the daily hours logged for all
stores by employee for a selected date range.
This information can be printed using Print
Time Sheet.
The prompts are:

- OPERATOR
- The code of the Operator currently logged in displays.
Note: An 'Invalid Employee Number' error is triggered if the
operator currently signed in does not have an Employee
Number assigned in Operators.
EMPLOYEE #

HIRE DATE
- The date that this employee was hired displays, as defined in
Operator Time Charge.
- ACCUM. PERSONAL HOURS
- The total accumulated personal hours for the employee
displays.
FROM DATE
- The date displayed is the beginning date for the current pay
period according to the number of pays per year for the employee
and the dates in Review Pay Period Ending
Dates.
Accept the default date or type in a preferred starting date for
the display.
- TO DATE
- The date displayed is the ending date for the current pay
period for the employee as established in Review Pay Period Ending Dates.
Accept the default date or type in a preferred ending date for the
display.
Hours Details:
A record for each day with hours logged, displays.
This information can be modified in Change
Hours.

- DATE
- The date displays.
- COMMENTS
- A window is provided in the Comments field to view any
notes for the day as entered in Enter Hours
for Payroll and Change Hours.
- REGULAR
- The total regular hours logged on this day displays.
A window is provided to view any Time Clock Entries.
This inquiry is similar to Update Time Clock
Entries.
In the Time Clock Entries window, press <F9> to expand the
time record, to view the actual times when the Start and End
records were entered, and to see the time taken for Break.
If labor is being assigned to a Work Order, the WO number is
displayed on the third line as well as the labor comment.
- OVERTIME
- The total overtime hours logged on this day displays.
- PERSONAL
- The total personal hours logged on this day displays.
- TOTAL
- The sum of the Regular, Overtime, and Personal hours logged,
displays.
- VACATION
- The total vacation hours used on this day displays.
- CLOSED
- This field is no longer relevant as it is reflects Payroll
status.
Expanded record
- Press <F9> to expand the time record, to display name of
the manager or supervisor who has authorized the overtime
hours.
