Update Product Status Code By Group

This utility can be used to update the Product Status code for rental products within a Group or Group range.

The prompts are:

FROM GROUP

Enter the starting Group or select it from the Group Search window.

TO GROUP

Enter the ending Group in the range or =select it from the window.

STATUS CODE

Enter the status code for products in the Group that is to be changed, or select it from the Product Status Codes Search window.

NEW STATUS CODE

Enter the new product status code, or select one from the Product Status Codes Search window.

Note: When selecting a new status code, only codes having the same depreciation permission flag as the old status code, are valid for this product.

Click ACCEPT to initiate the status changes for applicable rental equipment, or CANCEL to abort.
