Utilities Menu -> Inventory -> "Status Codes" -> Status Code Actions in Limbo -> Bulk option -> Bulk - Delay Record
This is a Bulk Item Delay Record utility that lists bulk items that have been returned or exchanged but are not available because the time delay defined by group in Status Code Actions By Group and the delay has not yet expired.
Note: Because Product Status Codes are not changed for bulk products in the Rental Return or Exchange, the Time Delay set at the Group level in the Status Code Actions By Group only applies to Bulk products if the Product Status Codes is already assigned in Sales Inventory before the Rental Return or Exchange.
If a product is already serviced and is ready to rent, it can be deleted from this list.
All status codes, or specific codes can be viewed.
The inquiry displays the product number, description, the quantity
unavailable, the time the product was put on delay, and the expiry
date and time.
The records can be manually deleted from this table to make the product available again for rent, or are removed automatically when the delay time expires.
