View/Update Average Costs

This utility has been created to track the changes to the average cost on rental and sales inventory, by date for all locations, or for a specific location, as outlined in View Average Cost Adjustments.

This utility also provides the ability to change the date on Cost change records that were done Manually, as identified by the Source field in the expanded detail.
This Cost Change date is used to reflect correct cost adjustments on the Inventory Value reports when the date option is used.

Refer to Cost Calculation Quantity for details on how costs are weighted to provide an accurate average for each sales product.
