Various Prompt for Clerk and Record Clerk Code
flags in the Company Security Parameters can
be set to capture a clerk code when an existing document is
re-accessed as outlined in Clerk
Confirmation.
This feature can be used to track when staff re-access and review a
document, change a document or delete a document.
A Note can also be entered about the nature of the
action.
If this clerk security processing is activated, the operator
access information can be reviewed in this Access Log, by document
number and document type.
The old clerk, new clerk, date and time of change, and the operator
code are displayed, with any notes entered at the time the document
was re-accessed.
Click EXP/CON button or press <F9> to expand
the record to view the program function name.
