Counter Menu -> Deliveries & Pickups -> Delivery Console -> PICKUPS button -> Pickup Console
This utility can be used to review the current Pickup
requirements and ticket status for each product detail on a
contract.
For complete details on the delivery/pickup feature refer to
Delivery and Pickup Ticket Overview.
A selection of Pickup records can also be accessed by clicking on the OUTSTANDING button at the bottom of the screen.
The prompts to view Pickups for a specific contract include:
Click the ATTACHMENTS button to review and set any
File Attachments associated with this
document.
The link to an attached document will be passed on to any resulting
documents created by converting the document to another document,
such as a contract to an invoice.
Products that have delivery or pickup details are identified
with a * (asterisk) in the Del/Pick column.
For more information on these products such as exchange information
or cancel ticket records, window in the Details column, as
outlined in the Ticket Details window.
A window is provided in the Last PU# column to display the actual Pickup Ticket on the screen.
The Insp column displays the number of associated Inspection forms with each item and the Delivery/Pickup Inspection Forms window is provided to view and print the inspection information.
ACTIONS:
Additional actions provided by buttons on
the Pickup Console screen are based on the pickup status of
the product detail on the Contract or Pickup Ticket including:
Print a Pickup Ticket:
A printer can be confirmed or
re-selected from the Printer option located on the menu bar at the
top of the screen.
Click the PRINT button to print a ticket as outlined
in Print Pickup Ticket.
Close a Pickup Ticket:
Click the CLOSE button to close an open ticket as
outlined in Close Pickup Ticket.
Cancel a Pickup Ticket:
Click the CANCEL button to cancel an open ticket
changing the Off Rent status on the product back to On-Rent as
outlined in Cancel Pickup Ticket.
List the Outstanding Pickups:
Click the OUTSTANDING button to generate a list of
the outstanding Pickup transactions on the screen or to print a
report, as outlined in Outstanding Pickups
Report.
View Delivery Information:
Click the DELIVERIES button to access the Delivery Console for the same contract.
