Inventory Worksheet by Location /Product Class /Product
Number
This is a maintenance utility that can be added to an Additional Options menu if required as it is not
on a standard menu and the screen has not been properly GUI
formatted.
This worksheet by location can be sorted and printed in several
different ways. Select the option most convenient for locating
inventory for doing a physical count.
It can be sorted directly by just Bin#, or by Bin# within the
Product Class, by Product Description, Number, or Group.
The report lists locations separately.
The prompts are:
- SORT BY BIN NUMBER
- Enter Y (YES) to skip the other
sort options, and print the report in Bin # sequence.
Enter N (NO) to select one of the following sort sequences.
- SORT BY PRODUCT CLASS
- Press <ENTER> or N (NO) to skip the Product Class sort,
and select the sort by Product Number or by Group.
Type Y (YES) to sort by Product Class. The prompts to sort by
Product Number or by Group will be skipped. A window opens and
prompts:

- SORT BY BIN #
- Press <ENTER> or Y (YES) to
sort the products in each class by bin#. Sorting by Bin # is useful
for locating and counting the Sales parts.
Type N (NO) to display the bin# on the worksheet but not to sort in
bin# order.
- SORT BY DESC OR PROD#
- Enter D to print the products in
Description order within each Product Class.
Enter P to print the products in Product number order within each
Product Class.
- FROM PRODUCT CLASS
- <F4> Press <ENTER> for
all Products Classes or type in the desired beginning Product Class
number.
- TO PRODUCT CLASS
- <F4> Press <ENTER> for
all Products Classes or type in the desired ending Product Class
number.
- NEW PAGE PER CLASS?
- Y (YES) to print each Product
Class on a new page.
N (NO) to prevent paging by Product Class.
- SORT BY PRODUCT NUMBER
- Press <ENTER> or N (NO) to skip the Product Number sort,
and to sort by Group instead.
Type Y (YES) to sort by Product Number. The prompt to sort by Group
will be skipped. The Product # prompts are:

- FROM PRODUCT #
- <F4> Press <ENTER> for
all Products or type in the desired beginning Product Number.
- TO PRODUCT #
- <F4> Press <ENTER> for
all Products or type in the desired ending Product Number.
- SORT BY PRODUCT GROUP
- Type N (NO) to re-select the sort option. One of Product Class,
Product Description or Group must be selected for the
worksheet.
Type Y (YES) to sort by Product Group. The prompts to sort by Group
are:

- FROM GROUP
- <F4> Press <ENTER> for
all Products Groups or type in the desired beginning Group
number.
- TO GROUP
- <F4> Press <ENTER> for
all Products Groups or type in the desired ending Group
number.
- NEW PAGE PER GROUP?
- Y (YES) to print each Group on a
new page.
N (NO) to prevent paging by Group.
- ALL LOCATIONS:
- Press <ENTER> for Y (YES) to
print all locations. Each location will print on a separate
page.
Type N (NO) in order to select and print a single location from the
window.
- INCLUDE 0 ON HAND ITEMS
- Y (YES) to include all products,
even those with quantities less than 1.
N (NO) to exclude products with quantities less than 1.
- RENTAL, SALE OR BOTH
- R for only RENTAL Inventory.
S for only SALE Parts.
B for BOTH Rental and Sales Products.
- ACTIVE ITEMS ONLY
- Y (YES) to include only Active
products.
N (NO) to include all products, even disposed Rental Products.
- INVENTORY ITEMS ONLY
- Y (YES) to include products
flagged as Inventory in the Sales
Inventory or Rental Inventory.
N (NO) to exclude Non-Inventory products, such as labor, that are
included in Sales Inventory or Rental Inventory but are flagged as Inventory =
NO.
- PRINT ON HAND QTY
- N (NO) to omit printing the
product quantities on the worksheet.
Y (YES) to print the ON-Hand quantities on the worksheet.
Note: Print the Contract Report for open
contracts to help determine On Hand product quantities, that are
out on rent at the time of the physical inventory count.
ACCEPT or CANCEL
- A printer can be confirmed or re-selected from the Printer
option located on the menu bar at the top of the screen.
Click the ACCEPT button to begin printing the report, or CANCEL
to abort.
