This utility can be used to identify discrepancies between the
On Hand quantity of Serialized Sales Parts in the Sales Inventory and the number of active Serial
numbers listed for that sales product in the Serial Numbers window.
The report prints out the serialized sales items, where the
quantity on the location records do NOT equal the quantity on the
Serial # records.
Note: Any serialized sales products that are flagged to enter serial numbers at "Time of Sale", are not reflected on this report
To fix a discrepancy, use Sales
Inventory and add the missing serial #'s in the Serial Numbers window.
An item will appear on this report if the item was changed to
Serialized status (using Change Serial#
Flag), but the serial number records were not entered to match
the quantity on hand.
