The codes setup in the Missed Rental Codes window in the "General Settings" on the System tab of the Configure System Settings, are used to explain the reason for a missed rental. Missed rentals can be entered directly into Missed Rental Transactions by Product and Missed Rental Transactions by Group, and printed from Missed Rentals Report.
An operator must be assigned a Security Role that allows permission to the System Management - Missed Rental Status Codes in order to access this table.
Missed rentals can also be identified and recorded through Counter Worksheet.
The missed rental codes can be up to 10 characters. The description can be more detailed and can be up to 30 characters in length.
