Inventory Worksheet Header File

Default values for each division or location may be setup, to be used in Inventory Count Console.
This utility can be accessed by clicking on the HEADER button on the Inventory Count Console.

Note: Each time a worksheet is created from Inventory Count Console, the selection values used to generate the worksheet also update the values in this Header file.
The selection options are:

LOCATION

Enter ALL for all locations, or enter a specific location, or select one from the drop-down list.

COUNT DATE

Enter the count date for this update.

USE COUNT TAGS TO UPDATE QTYS

This field is display only.

If this box is not checked then Count Tags will not be used to capture actual product quantities and the Count Tag utilities will be disabled for this location.

A check in this box indicates that Count Tags are being used to capture quantities for this location using Count Tag Entry for this location.

INCLUDE 0 ON HAND ITEMS

Check this box to include products with zero quantities on the report.
Uncheck this box to omit zero quantity products.

PRINT ON HAND QUANTITY

Check this box to print the location quantity on the report.
Uncheck this box to omit the quantity on the report.

ACTIVE ITEMS ONLY

Check this box to include only products flagged as Active on the Fixed Asset Tag.
Uncheck this box to include all products, regardless of Fixed Asset Tag status.

INVENTORY ITEMS ONLY

Check this box to include only the products flagged in Sales Inventory or Rental Inventory, as Inventory.
Uncheck this box to include all products.

PRODUCT TYPE

Select one of the following types of products for the default to include in the worksheet:

• Select Rental to only include Rental equipment on the report.
• Select Sales to include only Sale parts on the report.
• Select Both to include both Rental and Sale products on the report.

SORT BY

Select one of the following sorting options for the records in the report:

• Select Description print in Product Description order.
• Select Product# to print in Product Number order.
• Select Bin# Location o print the report in Bin Number order.

INCLUDE SERIAL #'S FOR SALES ITEMS

Check this box to set the default to print the serial numbers for serialized sales items.
Uncheck this box to omit the serial numbers.

DEFAULT COUNT QTY FROM ON HAND QTY

Check this box to display the location quantity in Update Inventory Worksheet in the Counted column.
Uncheck this box to leave the Counted column blank, to be filled in by the actual physical count.

PRINT DOUBLE SPACED

Check this box to space the report by printing on every other line.
Uncheck this box to print the report on every line.
