Product Quantity Report By Group

This report lists all products within a selected product Group or selection of Groups, with the Product #, description, and the quantity at each location. The spreadsheet output also includes the associated bin number at each product location.
All locations, or a single location can be viewed. Each Group prints on a separate page.

The prompts are:

GROUP, 'ALL' OR 'SEL'

• Type ALL to include products from all Groups in the output.
• Enter a specific Group, to print the report only for products from a single Product Group, or select a Group from the Product Group Search window.
• Type SEL to select a combination of Product Groups to include in the report as outlined in Select Group List window.

ALL LOCATION

Check this box to include products from all locations in the report.

Uncheck this box to include products from a single specific location.

LOCATION

Enter the location or select one from the drop-down list.

Note: Though the location selection in the drop-down list displays only divisions according to the Divisional Restricted Views assigned to the operator, the report is not limited by Divisional Restricted Views.

ACTIVE ONLY

This prompt defaults from the Document Search Settings in the Divisional Inventory Parameters for active product search only. It can be over-typed as required.

Check this box to include active products only in the inquiry.
To qualify as "Active", products must have a quantity on hand and for non-bulk rental products, equipment must also have a Status of A (Active) on the Fixed Asset tag.

Uncheck this box to include all products in the group.

REPORT OPTIONS

This value defaults to the operator preference as defined in Operators.
Select one of the output options to Print a report or export the data to Excel as outlined in Report Options.
