Class Special Pricing

Pricing for Product Classes is setup similar to special pricing for the individual products as outlined in Group Special Pricing.

Product Class pricing can be maintained for each Price Code in the Details window in the Price Codes option in the "Rental Rates & Pricing" parameters on the Operations tab of the Configure System Settings.

Set the quantity and price break levels by Product Class, to be allied to all products in the class.
List the pricing records in order of quantity, as the price breaks are considered by sequence number for the product.

The class pricing tables can be populated from an import file from the Price Codes via the IMPORT button.

Note: If a Product Class has been given special pricing, and so has a specific product in the class, then the individual product pricing applies, and the class pricing is ignored for that product.
