Print Reservations
Counter Menu -> Document
Reprints -> Print Reservations
This option can be used to reprint an open or closed
reservation, or a range of reservations.
This may be useful if the original was misplaced.
The ability to reprint the reservation remains until the
reservation is converted or deleted.
The reservation could be deleted by clicking the
DELETE button in Reservation
or with the Auto Purge feature of the Daily Close programs.
The reservation prints on the pre-printed contract/invoice form,
which can be obtain from Nebs form # 9000 or from your local
printer.

This re-print Reservations utility respects the forms control print
format defined for TX_RSRD10.RPT as setup in Customer Forms for Crystal or Jasper forms
control.
The prompts are:

- STARTING RESERVATION
- Enter the first reservation to print or select it from the
Reservation Search window.
ENDING RESERVATION #
- Enter the last reservation to print or select it from the
window.
To print only one reservation, type in the same reservation
number for starting and ending.
PRINT EXTENSIONS
- Check this box to print the estimated sales and rental charges
for the time period selected and the totals on the document.
Uncheck this box to omit the extended amounts and document
totals, but to include the deposit totals.
Note: The default value for this Print Extensions set for
reservations and quotations in the Divisional
Contract Parameters is NOT respected when reservations are
re-printed from this utility.
EMAIL
- This field is only enabled when the Use Contact Document
Emailing feature is activated in the Company
Email Configuration.
Uncheck this box to print the document instead of emailing
it.
Check this box to email the selected reservations to the
appropriate contacts flagged in the Contact
Information for the customer/site.
- If the document is emailed it will not be printed as well.
- If a single document is to be emailed the Compose Email pop-up is triggered that can be
customized, or the operator can Cancel out to print the document
instead of emailing.
- If a range of documents are emailed, any documents in the
selection range that were not emailed (i.e. there are no valid
contact addresses flagged to receive a reservation) are printed
instead.
- If a range of documents are emailed the total number to be
emailed is displayed and confirmation is required, to help prevent
a mass email run from being sent in error.
Finished?
- A printer can be confirmed or re-selected from the Printer
option located on the menu bar at the top of the screen.
Click ACCEPT to initiate the printing or CANCEL to
abort.
PRINT PRODUCT RATES Confirmation
- This Print Product Rates window only
appears when a reservation is to be printed with no extensions, and
if the option to Prompt to Print Rates when Suppressing
Extensions, is activated in the Divisional
Contract Parameters for the document's division.
- Print Format Option:
- The option to re-print the document in the Standard format, or
print using Crystal or Jasper forms is provided if Customer Forms has been activated and setup for
this division, with the option to Prompt Format On
Reprint.
Document Reprint Log:
- When multiple reservations are emailed or printed a Document Reprint Log is generated listing the
documents with the actions and recipients.
