Rental Rate/Price Inquiry

The rate or price inquiry can be used for both rental and sales equipment.
Inquiries can be done by Product, Group, or Product Class. Description windows are available for easy alpha search, listing from a starting product.

A default tax code to be included in the list price or in the rental rates displayed, can be designated in the Company Taxing Parameters. This default tax code can be changed or accepted in the inquiry selection.
If no default tax code is setup, there is no prompt for a tax code and NO taxes are included in the prices or rates displayed on the inquiry.

Once the products list on the screen, use the Arrow Keys to access the RATE window, then press <F4> window to view the rates and for the Special rates for this product.
The List Price and current total quantity on hand are also displayed.
Press <F4> window in The LIST PRICE column to view any price codes that apply to this product, that have been setup in the "Rental Rates & Pricing" parameters on the Operations tab of Configure System Settings in Price Codes.
Press <F4> window in the ON HAND column to view the product location breakdown and the Bin numbers.
