Recalculate Asset Tag Depreciation Amount

This utility recalculates the Depreciation amount on the Fixed Asset Tags for a selected range of products, according to the Depreciation records.
Depreciation history can be viewed in the Fixed Asset Tag for the product in Rental Inventory, in the window on the Accumulated Depreciation field.
These same Depreciation history records can be can be adjusted or created for startup inventory through Review Depreciation History.

The prompts to recalculate depreciation on the fixed asset tag are:

FROM PRODUCT#

Leave this field blank for all products, or enter a starting product number or select a starting product from the window.

LAST PRODUCT#

Leave this field blank for all products, or enter an ending product number or select an ending product from the window.

LAST YEAR END DATE

Accept the end date of the last fiscal year as defined in the Summarize G/L Settings in the Company Posting Parameters, or type in the previous year's fiscal year end.
