Reset Counter Worksheet Bookings

The utility can be used to clear any product detail records that could have generated unrequired booking records, that may have been leftover from a Counter Worksheet if an operator was dropped or exited the program incorrectly.

Worksheets for a specific product number, or all products can be displayed.
A window is provided on the 'Locked' columns to try to clear the worksheet bookings. The operator is warned if there are record lock errors, and can try again later.
