Work Order vs Estimate Actual

This comparison report can be printed from the Reports
sub-menu on the Work Orders Menu.
It compares the Estimate figures with the actual invoiced Work
Order amounts. It applies only to W.O.'s that have been invoiced
within the date range.
It can be printed in summary or in W.O. detail.
The prompts are:

- DIVISION, "ALL" OR "SEL"

- Type ALL to include all divisions in the report.
- To print the report for a single division, leave this field
blank for the Head Office Division, or enter a specific division
code, or select a division from the drop-down list.
- Type SEL to select several specific divisions or divisions by
accounting region to include in the report, as outlined in Division Select By Region.
Note: This report is not limited by Divisional Restricted Views.
FROM INVOICE DATE
- Accept the current month start date, or type in the preferred
starting date for the report selection.
- TO INVOICE DATE
- Accept the current month end date, or type in the preferred
ending date for the report selection.
Work Orders that have generated invoices dated within this range
are included in the comparison.
FROM WORK ORDER
- Leave this field blank to include all W.O.'s in the range, or
select a starting W.O.# from the lookup Estimate/Work Order Search window.
- TO WORK ORDER
- Leave this field blank to include all W.O.'s, or select an
ending W.O.# from the window.
REPORT TYPE
- Select one of the following report options:
- Summary to print the report in summarized format,
showing Estimate versus Work Order totals for Labor, and
Parts.
- Detail to print the detailed breakdown of Labor, Parts,
and Services for each Estimate/Work Order.
Finished?
- A printer can be confirmed or re-selected from the Printer
option located on the menu bar at the top of the screen.
Click the ACCEPT button to generate the output, or click the
CANCEL button to abort.
