This utility can be used to update the maintenance schedule
information as repairs on products are completed, instead of
completing the Work Order process.
This program does NOT generate any postings, and restricts operator
access to only the relevant data fields that apply to update an
existing service schedule record.
Only the last service date, days, or meter units, can be modified
on the service schedule according to the Maintenance Type
defined by each product service record.

The prompts to update a service record include:
This is an update utility and new records cannot be added.
New maintenance records can be added in Maintenance Schedule if required.
A window is provided to view and select from any scheduled maintenance records for this product, as outlined in Maintenance Type and Code Search.
Type 2 for 'By # of Actual Days' -only the Date Last Serviced can be updated.
Type 3 for 'By Actual Date' -only the Date Last Serviced can be updated.
Type 4 for 'By # of Meter Units' -only the Meter Reading Last
Serviced can be updated.
An information only window is provided on the "Current LTD Meter"
field to view the Meter History.
Type 5 for 'By Actual Meter Reading' -only the Meter Last
Serviced can be updated.

the Update Maintenance Schedule screen include:
Update the new Data to the Maintenance Schedules:
Click the IMPORT button to upload the revised
Maintenance Schedules data after saving the spreadsheet as a
"tab-delimited" text file, importing the data back into the
Maintenance Schedules table using the Select a
File to Upload utility.
Note: New data lines must match the first 3 identifying fields (Product#, Maintenance Type, Maintenance Code) either on an existing 'Maintenance Schedule' record or a HEADER Type record line on the import file, in order to identify the Maintenance Schedule to be updated.
A report on the number of items updated is triggered and confirmation is required before the update to the Maintenance Schedules table is executed.
